TELUS Health, previously known as Lifeworks, serves as the employee assistance program for our staff here at Universal Care Services. Employees are able to access different benefits and resources from TELUS that support their well-being, financial health, and more.

Free support phone line
TELUS offers a free phone line and chat service dedicated to mental health and well-being support, as well as assistance with financial issues and budgeting. This service is available during standard working hours for those in need. It is completely confidential, and any personal information shared with the TELUS Health team will remain private, even from your employer.
CareNow Programs
Employees enrolled in TELUS’s employee assistance program can access the CareNow Programs, which provide various resources and support across topics such as:

How can I access the benefits offered by TELUS?
